Welcome to the Strength Training Program Design Module of the YPSI Personal Trainer Mentorship Program!
The goal of this segment is to deepen your knowledge of Program Design in Strength Training and give you more methods and systems to get faster results in the gym by writing better programs.
This Online Module is a supplement to the YPSI Module 3 and YPSI Advanced Program Design & Periodization Live Seminars. It can either be completed to complement the information taught there or it can also be taken just by itself to deepen and elevate your knowledge about Program Design.
